Gavin has over 30 years of experience in Process Management, Process Engineering, Process Flow and Production management. His extensive manufacturing background ensures that only the highest quality products leave our factory.
OUR BATH COMPOSITION

| Core Material | The core material used for our products is a special formulation of engineered stone consisting of calcium carbonate, inosilicate calcium carbonate and high-grade resin, with the inclusion of aluminium silicate to help retain heat. The resin on resin formulation creates a strong and durable connection between the dexacoat and the engineered stone cast resin. We chose the engineered stone direction, as quartz had been banned worldwide, due to the fact that it can cause silicosis of the lungs. |
| Surface Finish | The surface finish consists of a high quality resin, UV stable additives and ISO NPG additives (Dexa-coat 64) which get sprayed onto our moulds before casting. This then gets cured to 75% and lastly, it gets back filled with the engineered stone resin to achieve a chemical bond between the dexa-coat and the engineered stone. |
| Scratch and Chip Risk | High impact resistance dexa-coat and engineered stone, lab tested to 55 Joules. However, should this high quality product scratch or chip, it is fully repairable by our client services liaison officer. |
| Warranty | We have a 25-year manufacturers warranty on our products. |
| Installation Design | Installation includes a standard 100mm 'Plumbers Cavity' for easy and cost effective plumbing across all product ranges. |
| Custom Finish | The dexa-coat can match any RAL colour by adding various colour pigments to it, including metallics. No shrouds, wrapping processes or spray painting is part of our ISO9001 manufacturing process. |
